Baton Rouge opens public comment on proposed 2026 HUD community-development spending plan
The City of Baton Rouge–Parish of East Baton Rouge has opened a 30-day public-comment period on a draft PY2026 Action Plan outlining intended activities to be undertaken with federal U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding.
