Baltimore’s Harborplace redevelopment targets fall groundbreaking and 2031 completion
MCB Real Estate’s planned Harborplace redevelopment is scheduled to break ground in fall 2026 and finish in phases by 2031, with more commercial space, public areas and waterfront amenities proposed for Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
