Federal education officials find Topeka Public Schools violated FERPA and Title IX
The U.S. Department of Education announced April 17 that Topeka Public Schools, USD 501, was among four Kansas districts found to have violated federal education law. The district faces a proposed resolution process involving student records, facilities and athletics policies.
