Free Urban Arts Festival scheduled for Aug. 22 at Smith’s Ballpark
Utah Arts has scheduled its free Urban Arts Festival for Aug. 22 at Smith’s Ballpark, with cultural art, music and performance planned from noon to 10 p.m. Volunteer applications are open through Aug. 15.
