Columbia sets evening accompaniment rule at Finlay Park after June disturbances
Visitors age 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult age 21 or older to enter or remain at Finlay Park after 5 p.m., under a City of Columbia measure that began June 21.
