Springfield advances $12.8 million advanced-metering contract for city utility
Springfield’s Committee of the Whole listed an ordinance to authorize a Landis+Gyr advanced metering infrastructure communications system for City Water, Light and Power, with spending capped at $12.8 million over 15 years.
