I-25 guardrail and concrete-barrier replacement continues north of Las Cruces
Guardrail and concrete-barrier replacement remained underway on I-25 from Las Cruces to just north of Doña Ana, while the separate NM 213/NM 404 widening project in Chaparral remained suspended.
