Miami police lieutenant relieved of duty after DUI-related arrest
Miami Police Lt. Thomas Carroll was arrested early July 19 on a DUI charge and a charge listed in jail records as refusing a breathalyzer after license suspension. The department said he was relieved of duty pending an internal investigation.
