New Orleans historic-preservation commission moves July business to Aug. 5 after quorum failure
The New Orleans Historic District Landmarks Commission canceled its July 8 meeting because it lacked a quorum and said July agenda items would be moved to the beginning of its Aug. 5 agenda.
