Scott launches first phase of Vermont health-insurance affordability initiative after vetoing lawmakers’ bill
Gov. Phil Scott signed an executive order July 8 starting the first phase of a statewide health-insurance affordability initiative. The administration can pursue some work through executive and regulatory authority, while additional changes will require legislative approval.
