District IV is scheduled for election
The state election office lists Honolulu City Council District IV’s next election as 2026. It identifies Tommy Waters as the district’s incumbent.
A City and County of Honolulu neighborhood-board record also identifies Waters as the District IV representative in an East Honolulu-related neighborhood-board context. The record refers to him as City Council chair.
The available official records therefore connect District IV representation to East Honolulu areas, while the state’s election listing confirms the seat is among those scheduled for election this year.
District boundaries matter for voters
