St. Paul approves more than $3.3 million in STAR grants for neighborhood and cultural projects
St. Paul City Council approved more than $3.3 million in Sales Tax Revitalization funding July 8, including more than $2.1 million for neighborhood capital projects and more than $1.1 million for arts and cultural projects.
