Rooster River flooding again leaves Bridgeport condo residents without power and elevators
Storms on July 21 sent the Rooster River over its banks and into ground-floor areas of Cartright Towers, leaving the nine-story Bridgeport building without electricity or elevator service as cleanup continued July 22.
